OUR PRODUCTS
Our full catalog is now online. To order online, please select the items and quantity you prefer. Proceed to the shopping cart. Fill out your information in the shopping cart. In the Comments Box, please include further instructions that we may need. Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email and then process your order. For international shipping, large orders or special requests, we will email you with any additional charges or changes.

CHARGES, DIGITAL DOWNLOADS, SHIPPING & SPECIAL ORDERS
When you pay online, your payment is processed through PayPal. With PayPal you can use your own credit cards or your PayPal account. If you call us to register for an event your credit card is processed through Blue Star Network.

CUSTOM ITEMS
Our GEMSTONE MYSTIC JEWELRY can be customized. For special sizes or gemstones, or if you'd like us to execute a one-of-a kind piece for you, please contact us for details. One of a kind designs must be prepaid. Please note, CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Orders in the continental U.S. will be shipped UPS GROUND or PRIORITY MAIL (depending on size and weight) unless otherwise requested. Express shipping is available upon request. International rates will be determined when ordering. We will email you with the shipping rates for approval once your order is finalized. Shipping charges subject to change to reflect UPS/USPS rate hikes. Please inspect shipments immediately upon arrival.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with our products. Please call us within five days of receipt of shipment to receive an authorization of return. We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Do leave a phone message, or an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You will need a verbal or email authorization of your return.

Authorized returns made within 10 business days of receipt will receive a full refund (less shipping & handling charges). We recommend all returns be sent insured as Blue Star Network will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.

BOOKS, MUSIC, JEWELRY & ART REFUND Policy
All returns must be authorized by Blue Star Network and be in new, saleable condition. Books with cracked bindings and open CD's are non-refundable. Worn Jewelry and used Blessing Sprays and any other items that show use, are not eligible for return.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS REFUND Policy
Your correct email address is required and you are responsible for downloading the eBook file, audio files and any digital download materials. Once you have confirmation of your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions. Read the instructions and follow them. Download your eBook immediately. The Download period is time sensitive. Follow the link in the email and download your eBook file right away. There are no refunds for digital download products.

Your correct email address is required and you are responsible for downloading the eBook file. WORKSHOPS REFUND Policy
We rely on your attendance to make important arrangements. If you need to withdraw from this workshop, you must inform us no later than 60 days prior to the day of the workshop to receive a refund – see below for details.

Our workshops & events refund policy is as follows:

• 60 days notice prior to the date - Full refund less a $25 change fee.
• 30 days notice prior to the date - 50% refund less a $25 registration fee.
• After 30 days prior to the workshop or for participant no-shows - no refunds are granted.

SERVICES REFUND Policy
Private Consultations and Life Coaching require full payment prior to the appointment. If you cancel, for any reason, you must give 48 hour notice for a refund. After 48 hours, we will work to reschedule your appointment, and charge a $25.00 fee. No refunds are granted for cancellations or no-shows after 48 hours. Note: that we cannot refund your money AFTER the reading is complete. You paid for services and received services paid as agreed.
